Dayjob Publishing is extremely proud to announce this call for submissions for our first short story anthology. Please read the submission guidelines carefully, as failure to follow them will result in your submission being ineligible or ignored.
Exit Interview:
Have you ever left a job on bad terms? Did you leave because your boss was a jerk, or because there was extreme favoritism? What did you wish you could have done? Have you ever fired someone and deep down feared what they might do?
In under 4,000 words give us the scary, weird, and extreme events surrounding someone quitting their job. Think as far outside of the box as you wish.
We’re looking for horror, thriller, or mystery stories but will consider anything that excites us. No erotica, shiny vampires, wizards entering wizard school, or any shades of grey in any quantities, please.
Up to 11 stories will be selected using this submission call and all selections will be made without knowing the author’s name or details. If your story is selected you will be asked to submit a 100-word bio.
You must have a full-time day job, other than being an author or an artist, to be considered for the final selection in this anthology. You will be asked what you do for a living.
Send submissions to: exitinterview@dayjobpublishing.com
